A small team, one careful product.
KinNest is built by two people in Chennai. It is not backed by investors, it does not sell advertising, and it has no growth target it needs to hit by a certain date. That shapes what it is: a tool meant to still be here and still be trustworthy in twenty years, when it might actually be needed.

We are reachable at support@kinnest.in, and a person reads it.
Why it exists
In most homes, one person knows where everything is kept — which bank, which policy, which locker, where the house papers are. Everyone else knows roughly. When that person is suddenly not there, "roughly" turns into months of paperwork at exactly the wrong time.
The money apps cannot help with this. They see what they can auto-import; they cannot see the locker, the policy your father took out in 1998, or the fact that the land papers are with your uncle. The longer version of the story is here.
What we will never do
These are not aspirations. They are how the product is built, and each one is checked in the code rather than promised in a policy:
- Your account credentials. KinNest does not ask for access to your financial accounts or login credentials. We recommend keeping passwords, PINs and other access credentials separately, and recording where to find them in KinNest.
- We never sell or share your record. There is no advertising business here and there never will be; nothing about you is a product.
- You choose when to share. Naming someone alone does not open your record. Outside your own sharing choices, access depends on the handover checks and response period.
- We never keep what you have deleted. Deleting an entry deletes it. Closing your account closes it.
Where we are
KinNest is in closed testing. It is a working product — the record, the people you name, the check-ins and the handover all run — and it is being walked end to end by real families before it opens more widely.
We would rather say that plainly than fill this page with quotes. When people who have used it have something to say about it, their words will appear here, with their permission, and not before.
